No more apologies for not being on here.
This is how I roll. (Fer shizzle)
Evenful happenings:
-George Strait w/ Julianne Hough, Blake Shelton, Sugarland.
Yeah, it was pretty much amazing. Except we missed Julianne b/c my mother is excessively impatient. As in "I'm not waiting in this effing line, so we're taking another way." As she passes up the exit WE NEEDED, we missed the entrance to the parking lot I PAID $25 for a pass for, and ended up missing Julianne. Regardless, the concert was FANTASTIC and I'm glad I picked George over Green Day. Sorry Billie Joe!
-Last week wasn't eventful persay, but it was so BORING that it actually needed a mention. Seriously. You don't realize how much you depend on things until you don't have them. ICK ICK ICK.
-Went to Louisiana for our family reunion:
Eh. The cake Walk kicked ass though!
Ryan's in town from Japan!!! YAY!!!! Such a cutie!!!
Oh, and I totally hacked off my hair!!! 12 inches from the back, and 9 from the front. I love it! It's so light and easily manageable!! Yay!!
Peace out Cub Scouts!!!

Ick.
This is Messy. Messy messy MESSY. Then they pick BRYCE DALLAS FREAKIN' "I COULDN'T ACT MY WAY OUT OF A BARREL" HOWARD to take her place?!?!?! WTF is wrong with summit? Seriously!! Every role that woman has played in SUCKED. Rachelle Lefevre (Saying her last name reminds me of the people that can't say 'Favre') was a FABULOUS Victoria, and luckily, we still get to see her in New Moon, BUT IT'S NOT ENOUGH!! It's going to throw it off!! BDH is too much of a softie to play her. GEEEZE!!! But my favorite part of this awesome drama, is the release statement that Summit released, which you can read here:
Summit Entertainment responds to departure of Rachelle Lefevre. From Twilight

July 29th, 2009
We at Summit Entertainment are disappointed by Rachelle Lefevre’s recent comments which attempt to make her career choices the fault of the Studio. Her decision to discuss her version of the scheduling challenges publicly has forced the Studio to set the record straight and correct the facts.
Ms. Lefevre's representatives were advised as early as April that THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE was expected to start shooting in early August.
If Ms. Lefevre was, as she describes “passionate,” about being part of THE TWILIGHT SAGA, we feel that she and her representatives would have included us in her decision to work on another film that would conflict with the shooting schedule of THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE.
It was not until July 20th that Summit was first informed of Ms. Lefevre’s commitment to BARNEY’S VERSION, a commitment we have since been advised she accepted in early June. Summit had acted in good faith that she would be available to fulfill her obligations both in terms of rehearsals and shooting availability for THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE. We feel that her choice to withhold her scheduling conflict information from us can be viewed as a lack of cooperative spirit which affected the entire production.
Furthermore Ms. Lefevre took a role in the other film that places her in Europe during the required rehearsal time, and at least ten days of THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE’s principal photography. This period is essential for both rehearsal time with the cast, and for filming at key locations that are only available during the initial part of production.
Contrary to Ms. Lefevre’s statement, it is simply untrue that the Studio dismissed her over a ten day overlap. It is not about a ten day overlap, but instead about the fact that THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE is an ensemble production that has to accommodate the schedules of numerous actors while respecting the established creative vision of the filmmaker and most importantly the story.
The fact remains that Ms. Lefevre’s commitment to the other project - which she chose to withhold from Summit until the last possible moment - makes her unfortunately unavailable to perform the role of Victoria in THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE.

So that's this post for now, which is stuff that most of you already know. And if you didn't, SHAME!!!!

Tah-dah!!
Yikes.
So I didn't realize it has been over 2 weeks since my last post. Ick. I was doing so good too!!! Dag, yo.
So, funny thing- b/c a friend of mine uses an LJ (Live Journal), I decided to see if mine still was there. IT WAS!!! Oh it's filled with awesome!! middylou.livejournal.com if you feel the need to look.
As I'm typing this, I'm watching 'I'm not there,' the movie where a bunch of celebs play Bob Dylan. Well, when I say I'm watching, I really mean I'm glued to the compy and only glancing when I feel like I need to. Then I also remember that I don't really care for Bob Dylan anyways, and what really sold me was that Cate Blanchett has a turn. I heart her so, but I still have no clue what this damn movie's about. Whatev.
I bought a crimper for the 80s pawty Tuesday. That's going to be AMAZING!!!
I'm going to attempt to upload photos tomorrow. Attempt is the key work there.
One of mo coworkers (I've mentioned her before), threw out this little zinger last night, and I pretty much wanted to punch her in the face:
Annoying Co worker: Do you need anything? Need me to take these carts out of your way?
Me: naw, I'm good. Thanks.
AC-W: Just making sure- I don't want to irritate anyone tonight...
Me: (under my breath as she walked away) All you had to do was show up, honey.
So yeah, that's how it goes... *rolls eyes*
God, this movie has no purpose whatsoever. Why did they even bother making it?!?
Ugh!! And I'm sorry, Richard Gere as Bob Dylan? No, I don't think so.
Oh!! Jen got tix to BRITNEY!!!! Spleeeee!!! That's going to be redonkulous.
HP&THBP: Solid B+. I made the mistake of re-reading it a week before it came out. Thank god I didn't finish it, and that Cathy was there to calm me down/shut me up. But overall, it wasn't that terrible.
The HP scarf was a fail, but alas, it'll be ready when the Prolonged Camping Trip comes out!!! Oh, we made buttons too. Plenty of Sexual innuendo was present!! lolz
I love how they wait until the credits to play the 2 Dylan songs I actually like. *le sigh*
I think that's it for now. I'm sleepy, and I'm ready to go lay on top of my sheets since it's so damn HOT in my room... ICK!!!
Peace out Cub Scouts!!!

srsly.
So this morning I went to Chick Fil-A before I went to work, and as I was picking up my food from the window, I was asked this (the first part is normal Drive-thru jargon):
Girl: Do you need any condiments with your order?
Me: No thank you.
Girl: No jam? No Ketchup for your hash browns?
Me: Naw, I'm good. Thanks
Girl: So you're going to eat this plain?
Me: Um, yes. Now can I have my food please?
Girl: Sure. You have a great day ma'am.
Me: It'll be a plain one! *Drives Off*
It was amazing. I wasn't even upset, it was just comical.
Oh!! And someone donated Britney's ...one more time album!!! Guess who's rockin out in drive-thru!! Woooo!!
Thanks to Drew for this picture!
Peace out Cub Scouts!!
